Current Project:
His research involves the application of multi-scale modeling of metabolism at different time and length scales for the design of efficient bioremediation strategies. This work represents an attempt to directly link in silico metabolic models of Geobacter species and reactive transport models and thus will enable prediction of rates of metal reducation and the fate of contaminants in Geobacter-dominated subsurface communities.
