Current Project:
The capability of constraint-based modeling for system-level prediction and analysis of metabolic networks is refined by incorporating experimentally validated constraints. I develop computational algorithms based on linear and nonlinear programming to infer constraints that are challenging to measure from highly quantitative or high-throughput measurements, such as fitness profiles.
