Approximately one month before the end of the student’s final term, the student should check for an email from the MEng Coordinator indicating how to submit their intention to graduate.

  1. After receiving the intention to graduate, the MEng Coordinator reviews the student’s academic history to ensure that their degree requirements are met.
  2. The student’s project supervisor emails the MEng Coordinator to indicate that the project report corrections/modifications are made and the MEng project is now complete.
  3. If the degree requirements are met and the email from the project supervisor is received, the student’s degree recommendation is sent to SGS.
  4. If needed, the student may now request a Confirmation of Degree Requirements letter from SGS.
