IT Service Request Procedure
IT service requests should be made using the Department's ticketing system.
The ticketing system:
- Allows you to track your IT requests
- Ensures that IT requests are not lost
- Allows for effective monitoring and reporting of the Department's IT support requirements.
Please add contact details such as your room number, phone number and if possible which research group or administration unit you are with.
Tickets can be submitted through the Engineering Service Centre
