Network and IT Job Request Procedure

Non-emergency IT requests should be made using the Departments Ticketing system (ServiceNow).

The ticketing system:

  1. Allows you to track your IT requests
  2. Ensures that IT requests are not lost
  3. Allows for effective monitoring and reporting of the Departments IT support requirements.

Tickets can be submitted by sending your request to itsupport.chemeng@utoronto.ca .
