IT Service Request Procedure

IT service requests should be made using the Department's ticketing system.

The ticketing system:

  1. Allows you to track your IT requests
  2. Ensures that IT requests are not lost
  3. Allows for effective monitoring and reporting of the Department's IT support requirements.

Tickets can be submitted through the Engineering Service Centre (preferred) or through an email to itsupport.chemeng@utoronto.ca.
