Professor Grant Allen (ChemE) has been award the Frank Dottori Chair in Pulp and Paper Engineering and Professor Yuri Lawryshyn (ChemE) has been awarded the Joseph C. Paradi Chair in Information Engineering.
Both endowed Chair appointments are awarded to senior faculty members within the Department. Each Chair term is five years including the possibility of renewal. The Chair will receive a research stipend of $10,000 per year to further their leading-edge research.
