Prof. Milica Radisic named Massey College 2020-21 Senior Member

Professor Milica Radisic (IBBME, ChemE) was named a 2020-21 Senior Member of Massey College. As a Senior Member, Radisic will contribute to intellectual life at the College.

Radisic is a Canada Research Chair in Functional Cardiovascular Tissue Engineering and a Senior Scientist at the Toronto General Research Institute. She is also the Associate Chair-Research for the Department of Chemical Engineering & Applied Chemistry at the University of Toronto, Director of the NSERC CREATE Training Program in Organ-on-a-Chip Engineering & Entrepreneurship, and Director of Ontario-Quebec Centre for Organ-on-a-Chip Engineering.

“I am delighted to welcome such a rich and diverse group of leaders to our community. Their contributions to Indigenous governance, the arts, law, science, medicine, engineering, journalism, literature, astrophysics, religious studies, and many more subjects is only part of what these individuals have contributed to society,” says Nathalie Des Rosiers, principal, Massey College. “These are all people who demonstrate the ethical pursuit of the public good that we want to model for our Junior Fellowship.”
